Company Overview
Vision Quest Consulting, Inc. is a Real Estate Development, Construction Management, and Property Management Company. Incorporated in 1996, the company has always specialized in developing and managing medical facilities.
During the past 19 years Vision Quest has developed: 12 free standing Surgical Centers, acted as the managing partner/developer for 37 acre, 20 acre, and 16 acre Medical Office Parks, provided construction management/owner's agent services for 800,000 square feet of Medical Office Space.
Brandon Kaufman, the principal of the company, has worked in construction for over 29 years and has a strong understanding of the industry. The combined efforts of real estate development, construction management, and property management, keeps Vision Quest Consulting, Inc. abreast of the industry trends and challenges ranging from permitting and CON Accreditation to construction costs and subcontractor availability, quality and project financing.
It is critical to develop an overall strategy and project framework that guarantees "buy in" by owners and users while creating a "win - win" situation for everyone involved.
Implementing our single point of responsibility allows Vision Quest Consulting, Inc. to ensure project delivery that meets the program requirements relative to cost, quality, and time.
